This album is designed to be played in the backroom of your Halloween party where all the really spooky stuff happens.

The first five tracks are songs in the traditional sense, with lyrics and choruses and verses. After that the songs become more of sonic nightmare-scapes. I want the album in general to sound like it goes insane, sort of like how a Cronenberg movie goes insane, not the characters in the movie, but the movie itself. That is what I am going for here. A song decent into madness.

I was inspired by those "sounds from a spooky haunted house" type albums that are fun to listen to but very cheesy. I tried to address issues that actually scare me today: bad weather, politics, natural resource policy, hubris, toothlessness, hypochondria, influenza, earthquakes, time traveling cannibals, evil farms run by children, internet induced psychosis, EDM, AI overlords, creepy clowns, and reverse vampires.

The Album has 13 songs because that number scares people so I thought that would be appropriate. I recorded around 20 songs but these were the ones I chose to release because they worked well together but still covered a variety of styles. I hope you enjoy the album and please play it in your haunted house or Halloween party!
